A measured building survey is a technical drawing of an existing building, usually detailing floor plans and elevations and various ancillary pieces of information. These are required by architects and technologists as a platform on which to base their designs. We carry out our own surveys as a matter of course for our own design projects, but are more than happy to provide survey drawings for other practices or private individuals.

 

Survey drawings are now also required for commercial properties when they change hands in order for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be produced.
