Basic Work Description: Convert 3 existing empty industrial units into front showroom, storage, workshops, ancillary ground floor offices, with administration and training facility on newly formed fist floor. The 4th unit is to be demolished to create a showroom car park. Designed in partnmership with our RIBA associate Ivan Maughan.
